Center on International Cooperation at New York University
Abby Stoddard is a Senior Program Advsior for Humanitarian Action at NYU's Center on International Cooperation, which maintains a cooperative agreement with Humanitarian Outcomes for joint research on issues related to humanitarian assistance and recovery.
